Calcium.

Calcium carbonate in watery sites,
decorates the caverns with stalactites.
Calcium, alkaline - earth element.
Found in leaves, shells, teeth and cement.

CHORUS:
Give me CALCIUM - found in flouride.
Give me CALCIUM - found in bones.
Give me CALCIUM - found in gypsum.
Give me CALCIUM - found in stones,
down in the underground . . .

Atomic number twenty and atomic weight,
added up to forty-point-oh-seven-eight.
Calcium burns with a yellow-red flame.
Romans called it "CALX," that's how it got its name.

CHORUS:
Give me CALCIUM - found in flouride.
Give me CALCIUM - found in bones.
Give me CALCIUM - found in gypsum.
Give me CALCIUM - found in stones,
down in the underground . . .

Calcium, so hard and unkind.
Never found in nature - uncombined.
In its natural state you know it's silvery-white,
drips from above and creates stalagmite.

CHORUS:
Give me CALCIUM - found in flouride.
Give me CALCIUM - found in bones.
Give me CALCIUM - found in gypsum.
Give me CALCIUM - found in stones,
down in the underground WORLD.
